Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed

  Due to the nature of the product, the general rule is that https://www.mohadrat.com does not provide refunds for Courses sold. All sales of Courses from mohadrat are final.

Yet mohadrat makes refunds of the sold courses under the following conditions:

The refund request should be received within maximum a week of buying the course.
If the buyer did not watch more than 25% of the course videos
If the buyer had never bought this course before.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
